Counselling

Our counselling style is person-centered and strengths-based. This means that you are the driver of our counselling sessions and we work together to identify and build on your unique strengths and coping strategies.

Individual Counselling

We are available for in-office (Moose Jaw only) or virtual one-on-one counselling sessions for adults and teens 14+.

We use a secure online counselling platform called NousTalk for all virtual sessions.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes.
Session fee = $150

Sliding scale is available, based on annual income. Please contact Kelly to discuss fees.

Couples Counselling

Kelly offers couples sessions for those in disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent, queer, gender non-conforming, and poly partnerships.

As with individual sessions, couples sessions are available in-office or virtually via the NousTalk platform.

Couples sessions are 50 or 90 minutes.
50 minute session fee = $150

90 minute session fee = $200

Sliding scale is also available for couples sessions, based on combined annual income. Please contact Kelly to discuss rates.

A note on insurance coverage

If you're planning to use extended health benefits to cover the cost of your sessions, we will provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Kelly and Kristy are approved providers with Blue Cross, Sun Life, Canada Life (Public Service Health Care Plan), and Green Shield (for plans that include counsellors).

Please be aware that not all insurance companies will reimburse for clinical counselling services provided by registered or certified counsellors (RTC and CCC). It is ultimately your responsibility to confirm your coverage with your insurance company. Even within the same insurance company, individual plans may differ in their coverage.

We encourage you to approach investing in mental health services as an investment in yourself.
