Welcoming an employee back to work after an injury or illness can be a difficult time for everyone involved. I am available to consult on necessary accommodations, gradual return to work plans, job re-design, or training in a new position.
I believe in working collaboratively with employers, employees, insurance providers, and unions to produce the best outcome for everyone.
